“The Fatal Shore” Series
As an artist, I see the inspiration for my art everywhere, but especially when I travel. One of my pieces, “Through the Looking Glass”, was inspired during a trip to Australia. The vivid colors and intense light of Sydney Harbor changed my perspective on paintings. As a painter who has experience in both figurative and landscape paintings, I see places and people as intertwined. In my painting “The Fatal Shore”, I combine abstraction with the Australian sky and self-portraits.
